Headmistress of a fashionable girls' school near Eastbourne (from which she is retired in The Mating Season only) and godmother of Madeline Bassett. Wants to marry Lord Emsworth in Galahad at Blandings and is foiled thanks to the efforts of Galahad. Fires Jeff Bennison from his job teaching drawing at her school in Sunset at Blandings.
