Theodore Mulliner is the rich uncle and guardian of the artist Lancelot Mulliner in The Story of Webster and Cats Will Be Cats; he is dean of Bolsover and owner of a strait-laced cat named Webster. Elevated to bishop, leaves Webster in charge of Lancelot on assuming his episcopal duties at his see of Bongo-Bongo in west Africa. Entertained by Lady Widdrington on his return in Cats Will Be Cats.
