Sydney Lancelot Price, a Cockney Socialist with a small and rather horrible moustache, runs Price's Hygienic Toilet Salon in Mott Street, Knightsbridge in If I Were You. Born in India the son of John, fourth Earl of Droitwich, with the name Anthony Claude Wilbraham Bryce, he was sent back to England on the death of his mother to be nursed by the sister of Slingsby, the family butler at Langley End (Bella Price), who exchanged him for her own son, who grew up to be Lord Droitwich.
