Jackson3 of Spence's house at Wrykyn first appears in Jackson's Extra.
Apart from his cricket, he does not shine in school. In The Deserter,
he is the only Wrykynian who ever got three centuries in
first-eleven matches and five extra lessons in the same term,
and who ever got a double century in a house match and
400 lines in the same week. Head and shoulders above the
other batsmen in the first eleven, with an average of 51.3 in
Shields' and the Cricket Cup; mentioned as a great bat in The Last Place.
In The White Feather, he loves
warring against boys from St. Jude's in town.
