It seems to me that all suggested variants don't sound good English. Is that so? In particular, the founders of TRWS protest to a word "meeting", that is "formal" for them, but could not accept "party", where "meeting" is used. BTW "-literature reading" should be changed, IMHO, to "literary readings".
NN, could you, please, advice either proper way to translate that or provide some links for helping us?
Best Regards,
etc...
Hi Mikhail,
Sure, I can try to help you. It is not exactly clear to me what you are looking for, but it seems you want a revision of this introductory text. Also, regarding the use of the word "meeting," I think it is appropriate in this context. Party is not. I also see you use the words "society" and "club." Between the two, "society" is far more formal.
Below is a first cut revision at your text. Please let me know what you think of it. As MM can tell you, usually we have some discussions back and forth before we get a final version that everyone is happy with. But who knows, maybe this will work for you!
Best,
--NN

:)))
"Our mission is"
А вот это " and welcome you to join us!"
